Discover Materials this Winter is a one day event that looks at the relevance of Materials Science and is designed for teachers to use it in class (either as a live stream or at a later date as the event will be recorded and be made available on the Discover Materials YouTube channel) as well as a competition to win awesome materials science prizes.
The content will mainly be aimed at 11-16 year olds (KS 3/4) but there will be some sessions accessible for older KS2 students and those considering studying Materials Science and Engineering at university
