ASE Annual Conference 2023

Europe’s largest festival of science education CPD, the ASE Annual Conference (in partnership with AQA), returns to Sheffield Hallam University from Thursday 5th to Saturday 7th January 2023.

If you are attending, then we will be there to discuss how we can help deliver the Materials Science and Engineering related topics in both the primary and secondary science and design curricula. We will have information about careers and courses in MSE which will help to inspire your students and help open their eyes to degrees, and careers paths, that they may have not though of – just ask some of our ambassadors.

We will have some great activities for you to have a go at, and use in class, as well as showing some of the activities we can bring into your classroom (such as our impact and tensile testers ). We will bring long our UKSA-Funded ‘Let’s Move to the Moon‘ space suitcase that you can sign up to borrow to use with your students.
