Using bio-receptive tiles to help marine wildlife

The surface of an object is where it interacts with the outside world (such as how it looks or how it chemically reacts with its environment).

A charity in Whitby are planning to use tiles with complex surface texture to help encourage the growth of algae and other marine organisms which could help rebuild costal wildlife.
