Discover Additive Manufacturing with In2STEM
Over the Summer we ran a placement on the In2STEM scheme for four sixth form students to visit University of Birmingham and learn about additive manufacturing both in the Engineering Maker Space and in the School of Metallurgy and Materials.
The students made robots, toured the Centre for Custom Medical Devices and the battery labs (part of the ReLiB project) and wrote, filmed and produced a video about additive manufacturing – check it our here: https://youtu.be/Zwgu6LHFWfg?si=Huq0RAv6RL-NDG3a
